My recent work sits across backend architecture, AI/RAG systems, and data platforms for energy, insurance, and telecom. In the last year I designed and built a permit-to-work platform that now handles around 1,000 permits a month, led a document governance platform whose AI module drafts procedures in minutes instead of a week, and took an on-premise RAG assistant into production. Before that I built governed reporting stores from 30+ internal databases and the industrial data pipelines that removed manual Excel workflows.

Senior Software Engineer

PT Nusantara Regas — Pertamina Subsidiary / SOE Energy Company

Technical lead for 7 cross-functional Agile squads and vendor developers across LNG operations, procurement, CSR, risk, and executive reporting. Architected an on-premise LLM knowledge assistant and redesigned it into a RAG pipeline that is in production use. Designed and built NR PTW Online, a .NET 10 and Angular 22 permit-to-work platform that now handles around 1,000 permits a month, and led RASCI STK, a Blazor WebAssembly governance platform whose AI module cut first drafts of procedures from a week to under 30 minutes. Directed NR EMAS, a .NET Clean Architecture risk platform, and owned its production rollout. Built the Airflow and Spark pipeline behind 13 executive KPIs, the SQL Server reporting store consolidating 30+ application databases, and the SCADA and FSRU integrations that removed about 80 staff-hours of manual work a month. Modernized the Laravel CSR platform from Laravel 6 and Oracle to Laravel 8 and PostgreSQL 16 with CI quality gates.

Built an automated backend reporting engine for MyOrbit modem status reporting to Telkom, cutting report runtime by about 70% and improving scheduled data reliability. Managed and processed 5TB+ national-scale modem data, designing synchronization workflows into Google BigQuery for centralized analytics and near real-time operational insight. Led a 3-person squad to deliver Danone's doctor-facing LMS on schedule and scale it to thousands of users. Optimized AWS EC2 pricing-report services, improving system performance by about 50% while reducing infrastructure overhead.

Automated insurance claims and payment reporting with a Laravel CSV engine scheduled via SFTP, moving KPI turnaround from three-day follow-ups to same-day delivery and cutting runtime by about 70%. Rolled out a Laravel and React compensation and marketing program platform, replacing Excel macros for fee, contest, and referral tracking and reducing month-end processing effort by about 50%. Delivered a policy-printing service that automated secure transfer of issued-policy PDFs, reducing issue-to-print time from 24 hours to under 1 hour.
