The problem

Inventory workflows depended heavily on spreadsheets, which made input slower, reporting harder, and operational tracking more error-prone.

What I built

Built a web-based inventory management system with structured input flows, operational tracking, analytics support, and reporting connectors.

Proof

  2. 02 Designed around replacing spreadsheet-driven operational work.
  3. 03 Recognized through the Pertamina Sub-Holding Gas Continuous Improvement Program.

Result
