The problem

Enterprise risk tracking was fragmented across Excel files and manual reporting flows. Risk registers, treatment plans, KRI monitoring, action plans, approvals, and dashboard reporting needed a centralized system so risk owners and executives could work from the same operational source.

What I built

Led the development of NR EMAS, directing the developer who built it as a .NET platform with Clean Architecture: a Blazor (MudBlazor) interface, Web API, EF Core on SQL Server, MediatR, Hangfire background jobs, Serilog and Application Insights logging, and xUnit tests. The platform centralizes risk registers and treatment plans, routes action plans through a Manager, VP, and Risk Management approval chain, tracks KRIs and treatment progress, and gives executives real-time dashboards. Personally handled the production rollout: Docker deployment, an Nginx SSL reverse proxy, SQL Server initialization, and email notifications through the company Portal API.

Architecture

A .NET Clean Architecture platform: a Blazor UI on a Web API, MediatR application workflows, EF Core on SQL Server and Hangfire background jobs. I directed the build and owned the production rollout: Docker, an Nginx SSL reverse proxy, SQL Server initialisation and Portal API email.
