NR EMAS Risk Monitoring

Problem

Enterprise risk tracking was fragmented across Excel files and manual reporting flows. Risk registers, treatment plans, KRI monitoring, action plans, approvals, and dashboard reporting needed a centralized system so risk owners and executives could work from the same operational source.

Solution

Built NR EMAS as an ASP.NET Core platform using Clean Architecture, separating domain rules, application workflows, infrastructure, and presentation concerns. The system centralizes risk registers and treatment plans, supports action plans with multi-level approval workflows, monitors KRIs and treatment progress, and presents real-time dashboards for executive visibility.
